jumping jacks x 30
high knees/buttkickers x 30 each
squats x 30
alternating lunges (front/side/cross) x 30 each movement
trunk rotation x 30 sec
pushups x 30 sec
mt climbers x 30
arm circles (forward/backwards) x 30
should shrugs (for/back) x 30
neck rolls x 5 each side

Congratulations to our very own Josh Juaregui
Congratulations to our Member of the Month, Josh Juaregui, not only has he been able to maintain a steady weight drop for over 10 years, but he always manages to increase his max almost every week. He is currently at a bench press max of 265 lbs. Way to go Josh.
