Meet Our Team
Lance McCullough is a certified personal trainer and owner of Fitness Results gym in Upland, established in 1994. He found his passion in weight training which led to many weight lifting titles as well as the 1998 AAU World Bench Press Championship with a world record lift. In addition to his personal training clientele, he employs other personal trainers who have completed the Fitness Results internship program run in conjunction with a local community college.
ACE – Personal Trainer – TRX Trainer
Ace is a personal trainer who strives to bring the best out of his clients. He was born and raised in California and resides locally in Upland. He prides himself on being available for his clients anytime they need him or need that extra kick to get back on track. If you are looking for a trainer to give you a great work out while educating you and give you that extra push, Ace is a great choice.
Kevin Guardado – Personal Trainer
Kevin has been an NSCA and TRX certified trainer for over 5 years and has been involved in sports all his life. He has his AA in Kinesiology and is Certified through Mt. SAC’s Fitness Specialist program.
Kevin specializes in weight training, bodyweight training and corrective exercise. His goal is to educate, motivate and inspire people to take charge of their health and wellbeing. He enjoys sharing his knowledge on various training methods, nutrition and industry trends and myths. He enjoys challenging his clients to better themselves and put their health first.
Kevin is also an avid guitarist and songwriter, having spent his undergrad studying music at Cal Poly Pomona. He recently completed a summer arts program in Granada, Spain, studying the art of flamenco and classical guitar performance.
On his off time, Kevin loves to spend his time hiking, playing soccer and enjoying the outdoors.
Janet Sahagun – Personal Trainer and HIIT Instructor
Janet as a fitness instructor has turned her enthusiasm for fitness into a way of life. Janet loves meeting new people and teaching them how to change their life to fit their goals
Tim Hanson II – Personal Trainer
“With a degree in behavioral and social science, studies in coaching and exercise science at Chowan University, I am more than just your personal trainer. With years of experience, my main focus has always been to make people feel good about themselves. Getting clients results that are effective and efficient while building confidence and strength in the gym and in everyday walks of life. My work ethic and knowledge have always been a staple for my success. I am no spring chicken when it comes to working out. In fact, I started training in the 8th grade and haven’t looked back since. After college, in pursuit of the NFL I landed myself in Miami where I spent the last 5 years on a new journey, personal training. I know there is no such thing as results without effort and the gimmicks are all false promises. My approach is simple. You do the work you get the results. Your efforts will be a direct correlation to your success. So my question for you is, do you want to stay fit? Or do you want to stand out?”
