high knees/buttkickers x 30 each
squats x 30
alternating lunges (front/side/cross) x 30 each movement
trunk rotation x 30 sec
pushups x 30 sec
mt climbers x 30
arm circles (forward/backwards) x 30
should shrugs (for/back) x 30
neck rolls x 5 each side
