My wife Nancy and I started training with Lance, the owner of Fitness Results, in 2009 when we were in our mid-60s. We were badly overweight and out of shape, After the initial consultation, we decided to spend our money on personal training instead of pills and doctors. Using Lance’s nutrition plan, resistance weight training regimen, and cardio tips, together we lost enough weight (a combined 125 lbs.) to equal an entire person. Eight years later we’re stronger and healthier than when we were in our 40s. Thanks to Lance and the Fitness Results team for giving us the information we need to stay motivated and for always pushing our training to the next level.

This is the perfect place for families and friends to work out and feel comfortable. The workouts are efficient, functional, intense and fun!! “This place is great! Finally I found a local place with a variety of options and class times. Julio, our bootcamp trainer, ensures we are having a good time while kicking our butt. “From the time my friend and I walked in, this gym felt like home. Lance, the owner was there at 6 am to meet us with a smile and was nothing but courteous. We go to the small groups with Ace training us and he has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and personable. “My experience working out at Fitness Results has been nothing less than amazing. My boyfriend and I have been taking classes for several months and every time we attend either a boot camp class or a small group class, we can feel ourselves becoming stronger. We have been able to take our fitness goals to the next level with help from the trainers and an increasingly complex training routine. Besides having the best trainers, the gym is absolutely wonderful. It is always spotless and the equipment is well maintained. The trainers take the time to thoroughly explain each exercise and I always feel as though I am working at my fullest physical potential without compromising safety.
Over the years I have worked out at other facilities and I have never made the physical gains that I have been consistently making at Fitness Results. It is a privilege to be able to work out at Fitness Results and I plan to be a long-time client.”

“Decided to check this place out after a colleague of mine told me about it. Right from the start I knew this was not an ordinary gym/fitness club. Some serious attention to detail and quality materials make up every square inch of the place. State of the art equipment, machines, free weights, trx/fitness room, all the latest and greatest. Clean, cool, never crowded atmosphere. Best part of all is the people. Dedicated staff who take a scientific, proven, safe approach to each individual in order to achieve results. Your body changes quickly and you feel better, have more energy, stamina, strength. You get what you pay for and then some. It has been a life changing experience for myself and others I have gotten to know and work out with over the past several months. “When I joined fitness results in 2011 I knew very little about fitness and weight training. What I liked most was they took the time to sit down with me and set fitness and nutritional goals and also how understanding and welcoming they were based on what I wanted to accomplish and where my fitness level was. The training and workouts are completely focused and customized to you and your specific goals. Over the years I have seen huge strength gains while adding almost no weight and cutting fat. The gym itself is private, which makes for a comfortable workout environment…it’s just you and your trainer. Also, they have programs for any budget which is a huge plus! The staff is great and the Owner Lance has years and years of experience and a lifetime of fitness and weight lifting knowledge. I highly recommend anyone interested in making a change in themselves to come give Fitness Results a try!!”

“Are you kidding me? This is the BEST gym ever! Met with Beatriz who waited for us even though we were LATE! She was then the picture of professionalism, enthusiasm, and no hard selling. She taught the Kangoo class and it is super fun and memorable! I think this must be an equivalent experience to a Rave, however, I am not certain.
The gym and equipment were so PRISTINE that I had thought they just opened! It looks like they have been around for awhile, but you would never know it from the look of things! The owner obviously is very passionate about fitness. This is THE PLACE to get in shape!!! If I lived closer (I am in Pasadena), I would be here all the time!

“In 2009 I suffered an injury to my neck which required surgery with 8 screws and a titanium plate in the neck for life. I never thought I would be the same until I met Lance at FITNESS RESULTS. it took over a year but LANCE had me bench pressing over 225 lbs, lost over 40 pounds of after surgery weight and I never thought I would better after my surgery. I stopped going to FITNESS RESULTS and slowly began losing all my strength and size I once had. I have tried many other trainers but I was not happy with any of them. Bottom line LANCE is the best, the knowledge and skills he has is by far the best and safest I have ever experienced. Now that I am back with FITNESS RESULTS I am looking forward to strengthening up my injury again and regaining my body I had before thanks to FITNESS RESULTS. The name says it all, if you really want FITNESS RESULTS out of your workout come see LANCE….you will not regret it. Thanks LANCE for everything”

“When I joined with Fitness Results a little over a year ago I was overweight and out of shape, even though I had been “going to the gym” (one of those big ones) for several years. I didn’t really like the way I felt and the way I looked. So, at the recommendation of a friend, I gave Fitness Results a try. In the past year I have lost 40 pounds and am keeping it off. I feel great and, even better, – I think I look great! I am even wearing dresses, which I have not worn for almost 15 years! The one-on-one personal touch is really what makes a difference. Their other classes are wonderful as well. There is certainly something here for everyone. “Awesome gym and awesome staff! My wife and I received personal training sessions with Lance, who owns the place. I’ve never had such efficient and effective workouts in my life. She’s lost 30 lbs in 4 months and I’ve lost 20lbs over the same period. He also works with you on nutrition and well as the weight training so that you reach your goals. Lance truly knows his craft and trains local interns frequently from the local colleges.
Apart form the weight training sessions, they also offer many different fitness classes. It seems that there is some for everyone.”

“In comparison to the bigger gyms the price is comparable if not better. When I spend money I tend to look at the value versus the number. A private and clean facility with high end equipment to go along with a high end staff, it’s worth every penny. Plus, no sweat left by some neanderthal is a great plus!
I left Fitness Results in an effort to save cash in between jobs and unfortunately my new career has moved me to the LA area or else I would be back with Lance in a heartbeat!
I was in the best shape I have ever been when I trained with Lance. I actually had guns, well, pistols…there was muscle ok, I had a triceps. He trained me through some minor injuries and prepared me for my active life; snowboarding, basketball, tennis, running and golf. I gained a good amount of muscle with Lance and was very happy with my results, all buff and stuff.
When I left I figured I was prepared to be on my own…and I was, I knew how to work out, I just didn’t know how to push myself. I was good for about 4 months then I lost motivation. This is where the value comes in, Lance is the ultimate motivator. He learns how to get the best out of you and helps you reach YOUR goal. He holds you accountable and will work with your schedule. Knowing that my money would be wasted if I missed also helped hold me accountable. Lance is great at keeping it fresh and challenging. He will show you your progress if you don’t see it for yourself right away and will show you that your body is capable of a lot more than you think.
If you are out of shape and want real results in a personal environment that eliminates the awkward crowded gyms then give Lance and the team a call!”

My first thought was I’ll just lift weights and get stronger for my sport, that’s all. But what I found was a lifestyle.
