GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING

Group Weight Training classes are a great way to get you the results you want in the encouraging environment of a small class. To give you the most benefit, we feature these training classes with a maximum of up to 8 people per class, 6 times a week so you can still receive individual attention.

This fast paced class has more emphasis on cardiovascular training, so if you don’t like running, this could be one of your other best alternatives right next to our Kangoo Jumps. Focus on stretching, flexibility, coordination and balance under the watchful eye of one of our certified trainers.
