Build strength, tone up, lose weight and get fit together in our group weight class! Choose to either work out with a friend or with up to 7 other friends. Encourage each other to get up and get to the gym! When you feel tired, sore, achy and ready to give up, everyone else around you will be there to cheer you on with extra boosts of motivation. The path to the results you want is in resistance weight training, but have more fun doing so with friends.
