A shoutout to Paul Jones on his accomplishment of being invited to the New York Wall Street Stock Exchange. Not only was he invited there, but also to ring the bell on the trading floor. Congratulations Paul!!! Looking great!
Contest Winner Julie Villalba Getting Stronger
Give it up to our contest winner Julie. In a matter of 3 weeks, she went from 95 lbs to 120 lbs on the bench press. Way to go Julie! Keep it up!!!
Ashley Rice’s 6 weeks of progress
Give it up to our member of the month, Ashley Rice. Not only did she increase her strength, but she also dropped her body fat percentage by about 4% in 6 weeks. Way to go Ashley. Keep up this progress up while you’re in Okinawa!
